
The Pilgrim Statue of the Sacred Heart arrived into the Cathedral of the Assumption in Thurles, Co. Tipperary, on Monday, 7 April, as part of The Sacred Heart Crusade
It was welcomed at 10:30am and was present for 11am Mass where Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly was the Chief Celebrant
The faithful are invited to venerate the Statue as it remains at the Cathedral all day on Monday and the visit concludes with prayers in honour of the Sacred Heart at 8pm.
