The Parish of Cloghogue to receive the Sacred Heart statue from 30 May

As part of this year’s Jubilee of the Sacred Heart, we are truly blessed to welcome the relics of St Margaret Mary Alacoque and St Claude la Colombière to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Parish of Cloghogue, from Friday, 30 May at 7:00 pm until Thursday, 5 June

We warmly invite everyone to come, pray, and encounter the tender love of Christ’s Heart through the lives and witness of these two great saints

St Margaret Mary, a Visitation nun, was chosen by the Lord to reveal His Sacred Heart to the world. St Claude la Colombière, a Jesuit priest and her confessor, supported her mission with courage and faithful friendship

Their lives remind us that God often chooses the humble to bear His message of love. In a world that is often wounded and weary, may we too become witnesses of the Sacred Heart—bringing healing, hope, and mercy wherever we go

Please feel free to share this invitation with friends and family. All are most welcome

Above is a video invitation from Bishop Brendan Leahy, inviting our sisters and brothers in Christ, to see the relics in Cloghogue and join the Arch Bishop for prayers, Adoration and mass
