As part of the Sacred Heart Crusade and in preparation for the 2025 Jubilee Year, we are blessed to witness the ongoing journey of the Sacred Heart Statue, a powerful symbol of Christ’s love and mercy, as it visits parishes throughout the region
-
On 11th May, the statue was welcomed into St. Columb’s Church, Drung, where the faithful gathered in prayer and devotion
-
By 13th May, the statue had moved to St. Patrick’s Church, Iskaheen, continuing its mission of grace and renewal
We give thanks for these moments of prayerful encounter with the Sacred Heart of Jesus in each parish community. Let us continue to unite in devotion as the statue makes its way through the diocese, touching hearts and homes along the way
